How to order a photo puzzle?
Choose the size of the puzzle. You can choose puzzles from 12 pieces up to 2000 pieces. Select the size and type of puzzle you would like to order (e.g. 500 piece, 1000 piece, square puzzle, etc.) Select the photo on the puzzle from your PC. The file size of the photo must be a minimum of 500 Kb and a maximum of 20 MB and the file must be JPG/PNG format.
1. Upload the photo you want to use for the puzzle, in the case of a collage, upload multiple photos to the templates. Your photos will be transferred to our database, which may take a while, depending on the given file size.
2. Once uploaded, adjust the cropping and layout of the photo to your liking.
3. In the next step, choose a box design and add the text that will be displayed on the puzzle box (max 30 characters)
4. Fill in the order form and in case of a purchase to a company also fill out the billing information.
5. Submit your order and carefully select your payment method. The order will be processed only after confirmation of the payment.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order ID, payment, and shipping information. On the main page, navigate to "get order status" and use your order number and email to log in and receive updated information about your order status.
What is the delivery time and can I order express?
Standard delivery time to any address is 5-7 working days after payment. We can deliver in 3-4 business days if you prefer the express shipping service. We manufacture quality products and as we all know true craftsmanship takes time.
How much is shipping?
There is only a single flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 + $1.00 for any additional item (Standard 5-7 business days) and $14.99 + $1.00 for any additional item (Expedited 3-4 business days)
How to order a custom paint by numbers?
1. Photo Selection: Choose a good-resolution photo for your paint-by-numbers kit. Provide a photo of a size is at least 2 MB. Try to crop the image to the desired side proportions. Avoid blurry and out-of-focus photos.
2. Avoid Monochrome Colors: Opt for a photo with a variety of colors to enhance the vibrancy and detail of your paint-by-numbers artwork. Monochrome or grayscale images may result in a less appealing painting.
3. Focus on Portrait or Object: Choose an image where the subject or object is in the main focus. This will ensure better clarity and detail in your paint-by-numbers design.
4. High Contrast: Look for a photo with high contrast between the elements. This will make it easier to distinguish between different numbered sections when painting.
5. Avoid Complexity: Try not to use photos with too many objects or people in the image. Easy compositions with distinct focus points make paint-by-numbers projects more fun and doable.
Which difficulty level should I choose?
When choosing the difficulty level for your paint-by-numbers artwork, consider your experience, patience level, and desired outcome.
For beginners with low patience, we do recommend opting for a low-detail option. These choice offers fewer details, making the painting process easier and more manageable. The final artwork will be simpler, yet still amusing to complete.
On the other hand, if you're up for a bigger challenge and enjoy paying close attention to detail, a higher difficulty level might be more suitable. These choices include complex patterns with plenty of detailed painting sections. However, bear in mind that the painting process will require more time and a high level of patience, which means it will be more difficult to complete.
What does the kit include?
The paint-by-numbers kit includes everything you need to create your masterpiece:
1. Set of 3 brushes: These brushes are essential for applying acrylic paint to the canvas. They come in 3 different sizes to put up with various details and areas of the painting.
2. Canvas of the selected size: Pre-printed canvas with numbered sections that serve as the base for your artwork. The sections correspond to the paint colors provided in the kit. You can choose between framed or unframed options based on your preference.
3. Set of 20-24 acrylic colors: The number of colors included in the kit may vary depending on the complexity of the image. These acrylic paints are specially hand-mixed to be used on the canvas and to provide the best color match.
4. Template for color guide: This kit includes 2 guides, a numbered and finished artwork guide to help you match the numbered sections on the canvas with the corresponding paint colors. It ensures accuracy and makes the painting process easier, especially for beginners.
How long do I wait after the photo is uploaded?
After uploading your photo, you can expect to wait approximately 1-3 minutes while our software processes your image to create three different previews.
Do not leave the website during this time, as the processing takes a bit of time to analyze the colors and your photo to generate the previews.
